We are a lean, skilled group that provides mechanical, IT, and on-site solutions to other businesses in the transportation, logistics, and customer service industries. We provide full service of end to end business needs (meaning our clients give us a basic direction or question, and we answer with a suite of tools and proper execution).

Mechanic ($15+ per hour) | Technician ($20+ p/hr)

Apprentice

$15-20 per hour, 40 hours per week
($600-$800 weekly salary, $31,200 - $41,600 per year)

  • Use SAFE work practices and operate machinery, tools, and equipment

Journeyman

$20 per hour, 40 hours per week
($800 weekly salary, $41,600 per year)

  • PMs (oil changes, inspections, paperwork)

  • Light engine work (spark plugs, water pumps, radiators)

  • Electrical

Specialists

$25 per hour, 40 hours per week
($1000 weekly salary, $52,000 per year)

General skills
  • All previous skills
  • Diagnostics
  • Internal engine (rockers, head gaskets, etc…
  • Electrical/ Programming
  • Understanding of vehicle systems (emissions, hydraulics, pneumatics, fluids, etc…)
  • Fabrication (parts, tools, or small projects)

Technician

$30 per hour, 40 hours per week
($1200 weekly salary, $62,400 per year)

  • Can master a single area (DEF, driveline, injectors, etc…)
  • Design, fabrication, installation, and execution of long term projects

$35+ per hour
($1400+ weekly salary, $72,000+ per year)

Plan, Pack, Perform

Day
  • Pack the truck with the needed supplies for certain planned jobs
  • Start with the most difficult job, to allow for unknowns and recovery
  • Work through smaller jobs
  • Work through open jobs
For next day
Order parts, communicate needs, take notes
Week
  • Do weekly inspections
  • Do tires, brakes, PMs based on weekly inspections
  • Plan you week
  • Fill in time at shop working on larger jobs or organizing shop
For next week Communicate needs, order tools/parts, plan meetings, plan learning times
Month
  • Replace an engine, transmission, or similar large job
  • Clean shop
  • Mark calendar for upcoming large jobs
